Short Programmes
Participation in short-term mobility programmes is available at the BSc, MSc, and PhD levels.
These programmes include:
- Study periods and research opportunities (lasting between 2 to 30 days).
- Participation in international conferences (as a presenter).
- Summer universities tailored for academic and professional development.
Pannonia Scholarship for Short-Term Studies
The Pannonia Scholarship is available for students enrolled at Széchenyi István University for the academic year 2024/25. This scholarship supports students pursuing short-term studies alongside other international scholarship programmes (e.g., Stipendium Hungaricum).
Application Process
Required Documents
- Certificate Form: Must be signed by the Programme Supervisor and the your Departmental Exchange Coordinator.
- Learning Agreement for Studies:
- Table A: List of course to be taken abroad and the credits to be earned upon completion.
- Table B: Equivalent Hungarian course
- Data for Contract signing Contains neccessary data for the preparation of the Scholarship Contract

Completed and signed documents should be submitted to the Centre of International Programmes in person or via email (exchange@sze.hu) (Room 103).
Credit Recognition
Széchenyi István University ensures the recognition of all credits earned abroad. These credits are entered into the NEPTUN system and the completed short programme will appear in your degree supplement.
Post-Mobility Documentation
After completing your short-term mobility, the following documents must be submitted to close the scholarship:

- Letter of Participation
- Transcript of Records: Issued by the receiving institution, detailing completed courses, credits, and grades.
- Alternatively, submit the Learning Agreement (After the Mobility).
