(For a duration of 2-6 months, during the 2024/2025 academic year)

SHORT-TERM STUDY AND RESEARCH MOBILITY APPLICATIONS
(For a duration of 2-30 days, during the 2024/2025 academic year)
Application Requirements:

- Applicants must have active student status in the Pannónia Scholarship Programme.(except for the professional traineeship for recent graduates)
- Please check if a completed semester is required for participation in your chosen mobility programme. (About the Pannonia Schalrship Programme: https://ipc.sze.hu/pannonia-scholarship-programme)
- Credits earned abroad must be recognised as part of home university studies.
- Mobility can take place at European or non-European institutions relevant to the student’s studies. A cooperation agreement is required between the sending institution (Széchenyi István University) and the host institution. However, please note that inter-institutional agreement is not necessary if the mobility is in the form of active conference participation or if it takes place outside of a higher education institution.

- Students may apply for multiple scholarships; however, they can only submit one application per semester for the same period.
- Each student may participate in mobility programmes for a maximum of 12 months per study cycle, regardless of the number and type of mobility activities.
- The period eligible for support under the Pannónia Scholarship is 2–12 months for long-term mobility and 2–30 days for short-term mobility (the exact duration is determined by the organizing institution).
- Priority might be given to first-time applicants, who have not previously received scholarship.
- Mobility may be undertaken at institutions without an existing inter-institutional agreement. In that case it is the students responsability to contact the institution. Upon a positive response from the Insititution, reach out to us on exchange@sze.hu to initiate the contracting procedure.
- Credits earned abroad must be recognised as part of the student’s home university studies.
