Title and Field of the Programme: 2025 Summer school

Physical Duration: Start: June 23, 2025 End: July 18th, 2025;

Physical Mobility Location: St Etienne, France

Programme Content: A comprehensive program of 40 to 80 hours (20 hours a week) and an outstanding cultural experience in the heart of the St. Etienne region.

• Face-to-face courses in French as a foreign language (18 hours a week): Communicative, active and hands-on teaching approach using role-play, authentic documents, etc.
• Each week of class revolves around a core theme. A few examples: media and communication, French history and heritage, science and technology, architecture and the city, French gastronomy, nature and the environment, and finally arts and culture.
  
  
• Weekly teaching project (2 hours a week) : prepared in the multi-media resource center and presented at the end of the week. Enhancement of written and oral comprehension and expression skills.
  
  
• Socio-cultural activities: Touristic excursions through the Rhône-Alpes region, museum visits, sports tournaments, cultural evenings, games and competitions, nautical activities on the Loire River, etc.
