PANNONIA SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Personal Data

The fields should be filled in as appropriate, with the correct data and in the format requested.

 

Academic average

The evaluation of your application will be based on the cumulative adjusted credit index of your studies:

If you have something to say about the average, please indicate it in the comment box.

 

Language
Please indicate your language level (based on self-assessment) from A1 to C2 in accordance with the Europass CV.

The first language to be mentioned is the language in which you will study/work in your first choice of institution/country.

Only the languages listed in the drop-down menu will be accepted as scoring languages.

If you hold a language certificate, please upload a scanned copy of the certificate with your application.

 

Institutions or countries

For study grants, you must choose the partner institution (or more than one) that is appropriate for your course from the list available. Please check very carefully how many months of the semester you will spend at the institution of your choice and how much you would like to spend abroad, as this will be the basis for the allocation of scholarships!

 

In the case of a work placement grant, the country of the host company must be entered as the destination country, the specific company does not need to be specified. 

 

Participation in Scientific and Artistic Students' Association Conference

Please fill in the fields as appropriate, with the correct data and in the format requested. The highest score achieved will count towards the points. No proof of TMDK activity in the SZE is required.

 

  1. Individual activities:

Whether you have a social activity: please indicate in this field any additional status you hold in addition to your studies at the time of or before the application.

E.g. ESN, FESA, FECA member, IAESTE/AIESEC, ELLA, Choir, Greenpeace, sport or academic competition etc. (Associations, organisations etc. indicated in the scoring criteria are worth points, others should be indicated in the comment, for which points can also be awarded)


  1. Documents to upload

CV: Europass CV, in the language of the education abroad
(Example: If you are going to study in Spain in English, you are highly required to send your CV in English.)

Motivation letter: max. 1 A/4 page, addressed to the Commission, stating your goals, expectations, plans for study/practice abroad, the reasons for your choice, and any information that may be important for the ranking of the application but could not be mentioned in the application form.
