International Directorate

Széchenyi István University continually strives to widen the scope of its international activities. To support this goal the University has established the International Directorate, under the direction of the vice president for International Affairs and Strategic relations. International Directorate  provides a comprehensive framework for managing international academic affairs. This includes collaborating with partner institutions, coordinating mobility programmes, promoting English-taught academic programmes and organizing major cultural and academic events for the international community. Additionally, International Directorate  offers administrative support to international students at the University.


 

TÜ-VIP program -Tübingen - Virtual Intercultural Program

The TÜ-VIP program (https://uni-tuebingen.de/de/180552 ) is a 10-week online course program which prepares students perfectly for a later stay abroad, possibly at the University of Tübingen (pre-arrival package). It is open to students from all over the world, free of charge, and strengthens their employability and global awareness. Also, students can take TÜ-VIP courses alongside their studies as a semester course.

Application deadline: September 15, 2023

Dates of classes: October 9 - December 15, 2023
Program fee: Free of charge.
ECTS: up to 4 per course.
Important info: Students will be able to transfer all ECTS/credit points gained in any TÜ-VIP course to their exchange semester at the University of Tübingen in 2024 or 2024/25.
