A Széchenyi István Egyetem 2026/27 tanévre Mobilitási ösztöndíjpályázatot hirdet az Egyetemen aktív hallgatói jogviszonnyal rendelkező bármely szakos és tagozatos hallgatói számára rövid távú hallgatói mobilitások támogatására.

A rövid távú mobilitás:

• Célja: A program keretében a sikeres pályázók ösztöndíj támogatással rövid programon vehetnek részt, amely lehet tanulmányi vagy kutatási célú. A mobilitás célja a nemzetközi tapasztalatszerzés, a szakmai és személyes fejlődés elősegítése, valamint idegen nyelvi, kulturális és digitális kompetenciák elsajátítása és fejlesztése. A programban való részvétel feltétele, hogy a pályázó hallgató a mobilitási időszak teljes időtartama alatt aktív hallgatói jogviszonnyal rendelkezzen. Bővebb információ ezen a linken.
• Időtartam: 2-30 nap
• Pályázati időszak: 2026.09.01 - 2027.05.31, vagy a forrás kimerüléséig
• Megvalósítási időszak: 2026.09.01-2027.08.31
• Fogadóintézmény: A mobilitás olyan európai vagy Európán kívüli intézménynél valósítható meg a 2026/27-os tanévben, amely szorosan kapcsolódik a hallgató tanulmányi területéhez, és elősegíti annak szakmai fejlődését.
• Aláírt együttműködési szerződés szükséges a küldő (Széchenyi István Egyetem) és a fogadó oktatási intézmény között.
• A pályázat benyújtásának feltétele a fogadó intézménnyel egyeztetett és kitöltött Learning Agreement csatolása.

Nem szükséges együttműködési szerződés, ha:

• nem felsőoktatási intézményben történik a rövid távú tanulmányi célú mobilitás.
• a mobilitás aktív konferenciarészvétel formájában valósul meg (előadás tartása).
• kutatási célú mobilitás.

Ösztöndíj támogatás:

A mobilitási pályázat keretében az Intézmény a rendelkezésre álló támogatási források és az adott pályázati feltételek függvényében várhatóan Pannónia Mobilitási Ösztöndíjprogram vagy Erasmus+ támogatást biztosít.

Célunk, hogy a rendelkezésre álló lehetőségekhez mérten minden pályázó számára a mobilitás szempontjából legkedvezőbb támogatási formát biztosítsuk. A támogatás típusa és összege ugyanakkor a rendelkezésre álló források, valamint az adott program szabályai alapján kerül meghatározásra.

A támogatás összege a fogadó ország besorolásától, képzési szinttől és mobilitási napok számától függően alakul. Bővebb információ ezen a linken. 

A pályázó ugyanarra az időszakra egy időben csak egy pályázatot nyújthat be.

A pályázati időszakra előre meghatározott költségkeret felhasználása a pályázók számától, a pályázatokban megjelölt mobilitási időszakok hosszától és a választott célországtól függ.

A keret alakulását 2026 októbertől kezdődően a döntőbizottság minden hónap végén rendszeresen felügyeli. A támogatások a rendelkezésre álló forrás kimerüléséig folyamatosan elbírálásra kerülnek. Amennyiben a keret 2027. május 31. előtt teljes mértékben felhasználásra kerül, a pályázati lehetőség idő előtt lezárul.

A benyújtott pályázatok elbírálása:

A beérkezett pályázatokat a beadási határidőt követő tíz munkanapon belül bíráljuk el.  Az Ösztöndíjprogram feltételeinek teljesülése esetén, a rendelkezésre álló források függvényében az ösztöndíj odaítéléséről szóló döntést döntőbizottság hozza meg, amelynek tagjai:

• az Általános és Oktatási Elnökhelyettes,
• a Nemzetközi és Stratégiai Kapcsolatokért Felelős Elnökhelyettes,
• a Nemzetközi Igazgatóság vezetője,
• a Mobilitási és Ösztöndíj Központ vezetője, valamint
• az Egyetemi Hallgatói Önkormányzat elnöke.

A pályázatok elbírálásának általános szempontjai:

• A kiutazás mennyiben járul hozzá az intézmény hallgatói mobilitásának minőségi és mennyiségi növekedéséhez, a nemzetköziesítés folyamatához.
• A pályázó a tervezett tevékenység megvalósulását követően a megszerzett ismereteket a jelenlegi tanulmányai során el tudja-e ismertetni anélkül, hogy ez tanulmányai ütemezésében csúszást okozna.
• A pályázó a megszerzett tapasztalatait és a jógyakorlatokat megosztja-e hallgatótársaival (multiplikátorhatás érvényesülése).
• A pályázat csak abban az esetben valósulhat meg, ha annak fedezete rendelkezésre áll az Egyetem számára.

Széchenyi István University announces a Mobility Scholarship Call for Applications for the 2026/2027 academic year for students with an active student status at the University, regardless of their faculty, programme, or level of study, to support short-term student mobility.

Short-Term Mobility:

• Objective: Within the framework of the programme, successful applicants may participate in a short-term programme with scholarship support, which may be for study or research purposes. The mobility aims to provide international experience, support professional and personal development, and enable students to acquire and develop foreign language, intercultural and digital competences. Participation in the programme is subject to the requirement that the applicant maintains active student status throughout the entire mobility period. More information is available here.
• Duration: 2–30 days
• Application period: 01 September 2026 – 31 May 2027, or until funds are exhausted
• Implementation period: September 01 2026 – August 31, 2027
• Host institution: The mobility may be carried out during the 2026/2027 academic year at an institution located within or outside Europe that is closely related to the student's field of study and contributes to their professional development.
• A signed cooperation agreement between the sending institution (Széchenyi István University) and the host institution is required.
• The host institution may not be located in either the applicant's country of residence or the applicant's country of citizenship.
• The submission of a completed and agreed Learning Agreement with the host institution is a prerequisite for applying.

However, no cooperation agreement is necessary if:

• The short-term study mobility takes place in a non-higher education institution.
• The mobility is realised in the form of active participation in a conference (presentation).
• The mobility is for research purposes.

Scholarship support:

Within the framework of the mobility application, the University is expected to provide Mobility Scholarship Programme or Erasmus+ funding, depending on the available funding resources and the specific application conditions.

Our aim is to provide each applicant, to the extent possible, with the most favourable form of support for their mobility. However, the type and amount of funding will be determined based on the available resources and the rules of the respective programme.

The amount of financial support depends on the classification of the host country, the level of study and the number of mobility days. Further information is available at the following link.

An applicant may submit only one application at a time for the same period.

Application period:

01 September 2026 - 31 May 2027 23:59 (CET), or until funds are exhausted.

The use of the budget allocated for the application period depends on the number of applicants, the duration of the mobility periods indicated in the applications, and the selected destination country.

Starting from October 2026, the Decision-Making Committee will regularly monitor the available budget at the end of each month. Scholarships will be awarded automatically until the available funding is exhausted. If the available funding is fully used before 31 May 2027, the application opportunity will be closed before the announced deadline.

Evaluation of submitted applications:

The submitted applications will be evaluated within ten working days following the application deadline. Provided that the conditions of the Scholarship Programme are met, and subject to the availability of funding, the Decision-Making Committee will decide on the awarding of the scholarship. The members of the Decision-Making Committee are:

• The Vice President for General and Educational Affairs,
• The Vice-President for International Affairs and Strategic Relations
• The Head of the International Directorate
• The Head of the Centre for Mobility and Scholarships, and
• President of the University Student Union.

General Evaluation Criteria:

Applications will be evaluated based on the following general criteria:

• The extent to which the mobility contributes to the qualitative and quantitative development of student mobility at the University and to the internationalisation process.
• Whether, upon completion of the planned mobility, the applicant will be able to have the knowledge and credits acquired during the mobility recognised as part of their current studies without causing any delay in their academic schedule.
• Whether the applicant will share the knowledge, experience and good practices acquired during the mobility with fellow students, thereby ensuring a multiplier effect.
• the mobility can only be implemented if the necessary funding is available to the University.
• The host institution may not be located in either the applicant's country of residence or country of citizenship.
