Erasmus+ VET and Higher Education Coordinator Staff Week in Ireland
Erasmus Courses Ireland is organising an Erasmus+ VET and Higher Education Coordinator Staff Week, which will take place in Ireland from 9 to 13 November 2026.
The programme is intended for Erasmus+ coordinators, International Relations staff and professionals responsible for institutional mobility and European partnerships. It will combine structured professional learning, peer exchange, institutional visits and facilitated opportunities to meet colleagues from Irish and European education organisations.

Staff Week Info Session – Tuesday, 22 September at 16:30 Paris time
To provide further information about the Staff Week and answer questions, Erasmus Courses Ireland will host a 20-minute online information session on Tuesday, 22 September at 16:30 Paris time.
The five-day programme in Ireland will examine several areas of current strategic importance, including:
- quality and institutional impact in Erasmus+ mobility;
- internationalisation and sustainable European partnerships;
- the practical application of digitalisation and artificial intelligence;
- skills development, employability and learner support; and
- approaches to developing effective long-term mobility partnerships.
For participating institutions, the Staff Week will provide an opportunity to compare practice with European colleagues, identify potential partners for future mobility and cooperation, and consider practical approaches that can be applied within their own international programmes.
The programme will also include visits to Erasmus Courses Ireland member centres in Dublin, Cork and Galway, providing participants with direct insight into language education, staff training and mobility provision across Ireland.
The organisers are currently contacting a selected group of university and VET colleagues whose work may align with the programme. Participants interested in the Staff Week can request the full programme and participation information from Erasmus Courses Ireland.
Participation will be limited to approximately 14 delegates to support substantive discussion and meaningful professional exchange.
