We are delighted to invite you to participate in our Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) project, “Global Mindset Training,” taking place at the International Business Academy (IBA), Kolding, Denmark, from 7–11 April 2025. Online component – 19^th March 2025 from 15:00-16:00 on MS Teams.

Target Group:
Staff from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), including administrative personnel, international office staff, and educators involved in international activities.

As this is a BIP project, we encourage participants to join under the Erasmus+ programme – Staff Mobility for Training. Please consult with your home institution to facilitate your participation through this framework.

Programme Highlights

Developed in collaboration with C3 Consulting, this training programme aims to:

• Strengthen cultural intelligence.
• Improve cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
• Avoid misunderstandings in international interactions.

Participation Fee: €150 (DKK 1,110)

Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to observe IBA’s three international student weeks, which run simultaneously. You’ll witness group work on real-life company cases, visit a Danish company, and attend the students’ final project presentations.

Preliminary Programme

• 6 April 2025 (Sunday): Arrival and hotel check-in from 15:00.
• 7 April 2025 (Monday):
• Workshop: Danish culture and its influence on Scandinavian education methods from 09:00 – 12:00.
• Evening: Welcome dinner (ends after 21:00).
• 8 April 2025 (Tuesday):
• Activities from 08:30–16:00.
• Company visit (select your preferred company during registration).
• 9 April 2025 (Wednesday):
• Global Mindset Training – Part 1 with an external cultural consultant from C3 Consulting.
• Evening: Staff dinner from 18:00 (ends after 21:00).
• 10 April 2025 (Thursday):
• Global Mindset Training – Part 2.
• 11 April 2025 (Friday):
• Join the final day of the international student weeks to observe project presentations.
• Programme concludes by 12:00, allowing for onward travel.
