Erasmus Staff Week: Mountain Tourism and Outdoor Education
The Department of Recreation and Tourism of the Wroclaw University of Health and Sport Sciences is organising a Staff Week: Mountain Tourism and Outdoor Education – Research, Practice and Innovation, taking place in Wroclaw and Szklarska Poręba (Poland) from 24–27 November 2026.
The programme of the Erasmus Staff Week is dedicated to mountain tourism and outdoor education from a scientific, educational and practical perspective. It provides an opportunity to exchange knowledge and good practices concerning mountain tourism, outdoor education, physical activity in natural environments, safety and risk management, sustainable tourism and innovative approaches to university teaching.

- present current research and innovative approaches in outdoor and mountain-related activities;
- explore methods of teaching and learning in natural environments;
- discuss safety and risk management in outdoor and mountain activities;
- exchange experience in developing university courses related to tourism, recreation and outdoor education;
- explore possibilities for international research and teaching cooperation;
- develop new Erasmus+ partnerships and future joint projects.
