4. SHORT-TERM STUDENT MOBILITY APPLICATIONS (2-30 days, for the 2024/2025 academic year)

Purpose of the Scholarships:

To enable students to gain educational, linguistic, and cultural experiences at another partner institution that has a bilateral relationship with the Széchenyi István University or, in the case of professional internships, at an external company.

Implementation Period of Awarded Applications: September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025.

Multiple applications can be submitted, but a student can only submit one application for the same period/semester at a time.

Detailed conditions of the applications can be found on the International Programs and Alumni Center’s website (http://ipc.sze.hu).

Applicants who have not previously received an international scholarship will be given preference during the evaluation of the applications.

Eligible Applicants: Any student with student status at the Széchenyi István University, regardless of their major or program.

Purpose of the Application: 2-12 months of study abroad at an institution with which the University has a bilateral cooperation. (List of institutions: http://ipc.sze.hu)

Form of Support: Scholarship amount: 350,000-400,000 HUF/month, depending on the host country

2. PANNONIA PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP APPLICATION 2024/25

Eligible Applicants: Any student with student status at the Széchenyi István University, regardless of their major or program.

Purpose of the Application: 2-12 months of professional internship at any company that fits into the student’s study profile. Internships after graduation are also eligible for support!

Form of Support: Scholarship amount: 350,000-400,000 HUF/month, depending on the host country

3. PANNONIA RESEARCH MOBILITY APPLICATION 2024/25

Eligible Applicants: Any student with student status at the Széchenyi István University who is enrolled in a master’s, undivided, or doctoral program, or has completed at least 7 semesters of an undivided program.

Purpose of the Application: 2-3 months of research abroad at an institution with which the University has a bilateral cooperation. (List of institutions: http://ipc.sze.hu)

Form of Support: Scholarship amount: 350,000-400,000 HUF/month, depending on the host country

4. SHORT-TERM STUDENT MOBILITY APPLICATIONS 2024/25

Eligible Applicants: Any student with student status at the Széchenyi István University, regardless of their major or program.

Purpose of the Application: 5-30 days of physical mobility with two foreign universities with which the university has a partnership for short training programs. The physical mobility will be followed by a mandatory virtual training component. Short training programs will be advertised individually based on information from the coordinating institution. Please check the news section for current applications.

Form of Support: Scholarship amount: 30,000-25,000 HUF/day, depending on the host country
