E+ International Credit Mobility

Guide for our partneruniversities in the frame of E+ International Credit Mobility.

The opportunity to apply for mobility activities realized in one of the partner countries' higher education institutions in the Erasmus+ programme is available also at the Szechenyi Istvan University from 2015. The new framework is called International credit mobility.

The international credit mobility (which means not only program countries are involved, but also partner country's higher educational institutions) is similar to the usual Erasmus mobility, any mobility can be implemented only through the EU higher educational institution and it partner universities.

Eligible applicants:

Széchenyi István University’s and its bilateral partner universities’ (listed below) students and employees, selected by the sending institution, according the Erasmus+ policy. The signed bilateral contracts can prescribe the related fields of in each case.

Eligible activities:

The following activities can be supported in the frame of Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility in the 2016/17 academic year:

  • Students Study mobility (min. 3 months)
  • Staff mobility (Teaching staff)

There is no possibility for internship in 2016/17 academic year.

Condition of the participation in the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility programme is absolutely same as in the Erasmus+ Mobility

Participation in the mobility is allowed only through a selection process by the sending university (SIU or it partner universities) The application, evaluation and selection process must be equal to the general Erasmus+ programme guide.

Center of International Programs

Szechenyi Istvan University working hard to continually raise the level of its international activities.  In order to support this aim, the university founded the Center of International Programs, to aid and provide a comprehensive framework for  international (especially academic) affairs, with the coordination of the vie-rector of Academic Affairs. The Office deals with international educational projects, students and staff mobility, bi- and multilateral agreements, and studies in foreign languages.
